The Communications Committee is charged with addressing all communications issues. It is to develop a comprehensive national and international communication and marketing strategy. This strategy will cover a two-year period and will include definitions of audiences, tasks, responsibilities and marketing activities. The role of communication during the Forum week is absolutely essential to assuring that information is efficiently circulated among the Forum participants and attending media, and transmitted to the outside world to create awareness. The Communication Committee will define and supervise the implementation of a comprehensive national, regional and international communication plan. Its will also oversee the marketing (public relation activities) of the Forum.
